You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Not share your account credentials with others
4. Free and Paid Tiers
SkunkGlobal offers both free and paid tiers of service:
- Free Tier: Access to basic features of all 7 products with usage limitations and commission fees on transactions
- Pro Tier: Enhanced features, higher limits, and reduced commission fees
- Bundles: Access to multiple products at discounted rates with reduced commission fees
5. Payment and Billing
For paid services:
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are available within 7 days for monthly plans and 14 days for annual/lifetime plans
- Commission fees apply to transactions processed through SkunkCourses and SkunkMemberships as outlined in your pricing tier
6. License and Ownership
SkunkGlobal plugins are licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later for WordPress plugin components. By using our services:
- You retain ownership of all content you create and upload
- You grant us permission to host and display your content as necessary to provide the service
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload
- You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our software without authorization
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. All data you create using our plugins remains on your WordPress site—we do not have access to or store your customer data.
9. Service Availability

- We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkunkGlobal shall not be liable for:

- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination:
- Your access to paid features will cease
- You will retain access to any downloaded plugins under their GPL license
- We may delete your account data after a reasonable period
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
